    <subfield code="a">People with Type 2 Mayer-Rokitansky-K&#xFC;ster-Hauser (MRKH) syndrome have both the differences associated with MRKH syndrome and additional differences in other parts of their body, such as their fallopian tubes, kidneys, spine, or heart. A specific example of Type 2 MRKH known as M&#xFC;llerian agenesis, Renal agenesis, Cervicothoracic Somite (MURCS) association, occurs when someone&#x2019;s kidneys do not develop typically. They may have scoliosis or fused vertebrae in addition to the usual features of MRKH. </subfield>
